Where ads appear
- Ennead is free and ad-supported. A banner sits at the bottom of Home, Solved, Stats and past dailies, with a clear gap above it, never while a puzzle is in play.
- At most one full-screen ad can appear per app open, only between a solved puzzle and its results, never after the daily puzzle, and the screen says so first.
- Once a puzzle's free hint is used, you can choose to watch an ad for another hint, up to 5 a day; after that, hints are free for the day, and if no ad is available you get the hint anyway.
Remove ads
- Remove ads is a one-time purchase that turns every ad off, made through Google Play. There is no subscription.
- Ennead keeps only an "ads removed" flag on your phone and checks it with Google Play each time it starts; on a new phone, Restore purchase in Settings asks Google Play again.
- Nothing else is for sale: every level, the daily puzzle and every hint come with the free game.

How we make games
Nothing pulses while you think.
Ads never appear while a puzzle is in play, and the daily is left alone. One purchase, Remove ads, takes the rest away. Nothing else is sold.
No account needed. Every puzzle is made on your phone or comes from a set built into the app, and it works offline. Online features are optional and off until you turn them on; only then are your nickname and daily times stored on our server. Privacy policy for Ennead.
